\nThe operation received a favorable opinion from the Ministry of the Economic Development and was completed in 2021. The operation made it possible to consolidate and safeguard 40 years of entrepreneurial history. Our team has followed the operation since its initial conception, guiding management and entrepreneurs throughout the procedure, and providing day-to-day assistance to the company.<\/p>\n

To ensure the correct management and visibility of this division, we created a dedicated assets, separating this way the activity and the financial reporting of the division from the core of the business. The minibond, aimed at financing the customer’s purchase of the company already leased, was fully subscribed. A peculiarity of the transaction was the fact that the money collected was deposited in an escrow account with the availability of the sums subject to the favorable outcome of the proposal for the purchase of the company, which at the time was in compulsory administrative liquidation procedure.<\/p>\n
