The company handling the tax and accounting services of Confartigianato of Bologna, needed a reorganization of its procedures, human resources and financing structure. We developed a turnaround plan and executed it with the contextual establishment of a new legal entity (Integra Service srl). In 2018, at the end of the stabilization process of the organization and after reaching the economic, equity and financial stability, the company was sold.<\/p>\n
