Unifica soc. coop. \u2013 Corporate crisis management and relaunch<\/h3>\n

For an important and consortium of over 1200 companies and operating since 1980 in the construction and plant engineering sector, we managed the company crisis, that was due to unpredictable elements unrelated to the company\u2019s core business. We supported the top management in the definition of a relaunch project, which was then financed for the initial liquidity (10M\u20ac) through the investment of a group of entrepreneurs; a new company was set up (Consorzio Innova), allowing the rental of the Unifica business and meeting the needs of Unifica\u2019s shareholders. This operation made it possible to safeguard about 220 companies from insolvency and\/or bankrupcy.<\/p>\n
